FOOTWEAR

On Monday I will be starting a new course. Footwear at TAFE. I am VERY excited and absolutely cant wait to start making.
A few persons of note that have completed this course are Phong Chi Lai and "Emma the Shoemaker".
As far as I know Phong Chi Lai completed the course in Adelaide, and Emma completed a similar course in Melbourne. Phong Chi Lai's work is available from The New Guard and Emma's is available on her website, emmatheshoemaker.com.

HANDMADE

The ring I carved from wax a little while ago finally got cast in silver last week, I've cleaned it up a bit, but it still needs to be polished a bit more. It's a rugged, decaying, industrial sort of thing. There will be a few more in the coming weeks.
